Greek Yogurt Wrap

This is my go-to when I want something light but still satisfying. The Greek yogurt sauce is the star — tangy, herby, and versatile enough to change the whole personality of the wrap with different additions.

"This wrap came from my love of tzatziki — that Greek yogurt-cucumber-herb combination that I could eat with everything. What I noticed when I started using it as a spread instead of dressing is how much more satisfying each bite feels."

"Consider exploring different herbs with this one. Fresh mint instead of dill gives a completely different mood — brighter, more summery. Here's what I learned: the yogurt sauce is the foundation, and everything else can rotate with what's in season."

🌿 Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Handful of mixed greens
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: grilled chicken, chickpeas, or smoked salmon

✦ How I Prepare It

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
  2. Warm tortillas until pliable and flexible.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the yogurt sauce across each wrap.
  4. Layer cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Add greens and protein if using.
  6. Drizzle with any extra yogurt sauce, then roll firmly. Serve immediately.
