Golden Herb Drizzle Sauce

This sauce is one of the most-used things I make. What I noticed when I started keeping it in the fridge is that it changed how everything tasted. Drizzle it over bowls, wraps, salads, roasted vegetables — it elevates every single thing it touches.

🌿 Plant-Forward ✦ Whole Ingredients 💛 Nourishing
✨

"I created this sauce when I was trying to use up herbs that were about to turn. What I noticed is that it became the thing I was reaching for more than any other condiment in my fridge."

"The turmeric is what gives it that golden warmth without overpowering the herbs. In my experience, this sauce is one of those kitchen basics that once you have it, you'll wonder how you cooked without it."

🌿 Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh parsley, packed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (or more parsley if preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives or green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2–4 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)

✦ How I Prepare It

  1. Add all herbs, garlic, and liquid ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and vibrant green-gold in color.
  3. Add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach a drizzle-able consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust: more lemon for brightness, more honey for balance, more garlic for punch.
  5. Transfer to a jar. Will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
  6. Drizzle over everything.
